the spark
A creamy soda crush.
On a trip to Washington, Leylanee tried her first creamy soda, and couldn’t stop thinking about bringing that sweet-cream magic back to Long Beach.
our story
Owner Leylanee Hernandez fell for creamy sodas on a trip to Washington, brought them home as a pop-up, and turned the corner of 7th & Cherry into the neighborhood’s noodle lounge.

who we are
Grab a packet off the wall, cook it yourself on the automated stations, and stay for the board games. The drinks, creamy Red Bulls and lemonade refreshers, are the Cremita Bonita Co ✕ Dream Drinks collab that started it all.
how we got here
the spark
On a trip to Washington, Leylanee tried her first creamy soda, and couldn’t stop thinking about bringing that sweet-cream magic back to Long Beach.
the pop-up
The collab started slinging creamy Red Bulls and dirty sodas as a pop-up. Cups first. The crowds followed.

the corner
A tired storefront on 7th & Cherry got a second life, shelves went up, the cookers came in, and the windows filled with flavor.

grand opening · 2026
A whole wall of imported ramen, HAUSCOOK stations at the counter, and the soda bar in full swing. Long Beach showed up hungry.

today
Board games on the shelf, watch parties on the screen, a trinket trading post by the door, and noodles until 10:30 every night.
the vibe
You cook, you mix, you stay a while. That’s the whole idea.
